While attending law school, Ms. Harrington was recipient of the American Jurisprudence award in Moot Court and the American Jurisprudence award in Federal Sentencing.  She was also the recipient of the Dean's Scholarship during law school (1991-1994).  In addition, Ms. Harrington was a volunteer for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program.

Prior to joining AMC, Ms. Harrington obtained defense verdicts in several jury trials on behalf of her clients including an employment suit (Avalos v. TGM & Associates, et al 2001) and a defamation suit (LuAllen v. OJSC et al in 2005).  She has represented and advised employers in all aspects of employment law since 1997.  The types of employers she has represented are varied and range from "mom and pop" businesses to national retailers.  She also has practiced as a defense attorney in a wide variety of areas including general liability, products liability, and professional liability.

Ms. Harrington lives in the Hollywood Hills with husband, Steve, daughter, Ava, and their two dogs, Roxy and Wendell.  She and the family enjoy hiking and camping in their spare time.
