Ms. DeArmas represents policyholders of property, automobile, disability, life, health and other insurance policies. In addition to her bad faith practice, Ms. DeArmas brings to the firm over five years of extensive background and experience in all aspects of litigation, from pre-judgment remedies to post-judgment collection. Ms. DeArmas is a frequent speaker for continuing legal education for attorneys (MCLE) and co-authored several handbooks and articles including "Basics of Law and Motion I: Demurrer," "Motion to Strike, Judgment on the Pleadings and Ex Parte Applications" (2002), "Basics of Law and Motion II: Motion for Summary Judgment/Adjudication and Motions In Limine" (2003) and "New Developments in Elder Abuse Litigation" (2004).
